Shipping Policy
Postage and Shipping is always a buyers biggest concern when buying online.
Our policy is always to make your online buying experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. We have taken the hassles out of shipping calculations for you.
Our shipping is completely based on weight, and all of our goods, except under special circumstances will always be shipped by E-Parcel. All orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt.
Australian Customers:-
All parcels are shipped via Australia Posts E-Parcel Service. This gives us all the ability to track the order if it goes missing. If you are in a hurry, we give you the option of Express Post on every order at your cost. Always check that we have all of your order in stock if you are in a hurry so we can make arrangements for you.
International Customers:-
International purchasers are very welcome at TagnBrag Trading / Stuffed With Plush Toys. We make everything as easy as possible for you to buy from us. Payment is easy, either via VISA or MASTERCARD or use PAYPAL if you prefer. We only charge the same shipping costs as we get charged, so there are no huge extra handling fees.
We will always ship smaller orders via Australia Post Airmail with insurance. Larger bigger dollar orders will go ECI which is Australia Posts online trackable courier system. Via Airmail, you can expect to wait between 7-14 days once they have shipped, and via ECI, we have experienced transit times of up to 4 days Worldwide.
If you do choose ECI as your shipping option; as soon as we have the tracking number we will update the status of your order to SHIPPED and include the tracking number in your status. You can log onto our site at anytime and track the progress of your order.
We have shipped goods to 27 countries since we started trading online in 2002. There are very few things we don't know about when it comes to getting YOU your goods ontime and as cheaply as possible.
