Returns and Refunds

We want your shopping experience with us to be simple and satisfying. We pride ourselves in selling high quality products so are happy to offer a 6 month warranty on all items with Parrot products attracting a bonus 12 month warranty.

We also offer a 7 day satisfaction guarantee whereby if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days for a full money back guarantee - less the original postage costs. The product must not be used or opened and be in a full re-saleable condition. Products that have been used will not be refunded and returned to the customer due to occupational and health standards.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR CLAIM A PRODUCT UNDER WARRANTY

REFUNDS

Please send a detailed email to Strike Group via ce@sales.com.au. Please clearly identify yourself, order or invoice number, product description & reason for return.

You will then be issued with a Return Authority number & the item must be returned within 10 working days. Refund will only be given once product has been received at Strike Warehouse.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Returns to be sent to:

WARRANTY CLAIMS

Please send a detailed email to Strike Group via ce@sales.com.au. Please clearly identify yourself, order number, invoice number, name of faulty product & brief description of the fault.

You will then be issued with a Return Authority number & the item must be returned within 10 working days. Once Strike Warehouse receives the item it will be tested to identify the fault. Upong completion of the testing, if the item is confirmed faulty either a replacement product or refund will be issued. We will notify you about this before actioning.
