 Returns Policy

All products sold will come with a 14 Days DOA ("Dead On Arrival") warranty regardless of shipping damages or manufacturer fault.

Other warranty information depends on the product and are generally provided by manufacturer unless otherwise specified. All warranty claim is to be via the manufactuer.

SHOPTOPIA do not accept return on the following basis:

• Product misuse or physical damages.
• Product not in original condition and packaging as delivered.
• Change of mind purchase can be accepted however 15% restocking fee will apply.

Buyer pays the shipping cost on the return, for all invalid claim, buyer must also pay for the "re-delivery" charge of $7.95.
