Shipping Policy
Justopal.com offer free delivery on all purchases over $600. This is not built into the price, so you will genuinely have the opal delivered to you free of charge. All parcels shipped free are sent fully insured for their purchase value against loss, theft, or damage during delivery. You take no risk in purchasing from us as your parcel is completely covered and you need not be concerned about the security of your opal during transit. Parcels shipped free will require a signature upon delivery.
Purchases under $600, our shipping charge by Registered mail is $7. Insurance is optional but recommended and is calculated at 2% of the value. All insured parcels require a signature on delivery.
All of our beautiful opals are unique and they are in stock and ready to go as soon as you place your order . Orders that require alteration i.e.. ring resizing will of course experience a short delay while the alteration is completed.
