Shipping Policy
How long does it take to receive my products?
Products will be posted as soon as possible after an order is received. Usually you will receive the products within 7-10 working days. However, if the products are out of stock, it will take longer to reorder or to remake the products, in such cases, you will be informed either by phone or email about the approximate timeframe to receive your order.
How are the products sent to me?
Products are generally sent by Australia Post or Australian Air Express by regular posting services.
How much is charged for postage?
We Charge a flat rate of $5 per order is charged for any orders posted within Australia. This is for regular postage services only. If you request for Express Postage, you must email us immediately when placing your order. Customers must pay for the full cost of the Express Postage.
