Returns Policy
Can I exchange or refund my purchases?
You may exchange your purchases within 5 working days after receiving the products. However, you must pay for the additional postage costs and the differences in price.
You must notify eccessories.com.au by emailing sales@eccessories.com.au within 5 working days after receiving the products, you may not be able to exchange your products if you fail to notify eccessories.com.au by email within 5 working days after the products are received.
If the exchanged product has lower value than the originally purchased product, a credit note will be sent to you together with your exchanged product. You may use the credit note for your next purchase.
Refund is not accepted. Maximum one exchange would be accepted per customer on every purchase. |
