Returns and Refunds

beaudaciousswimwear.com wants your bikini shopping experience with us to be easy and enjoyable. We pride ourselves on manufacturing high quality g-string and brazilian bikinis, using premium quality fabrics and threads. Our goal is to make sure that you are 100% happy with your beaudacious swimwear/bikini purchase.
If for any reason you are not happy with your bikini purchase, you may return it within 30 days of reciept of your bikini order for a full refund or exchange (minus the original shipping costs). In the event a faulty bikini slips through our Quality control system or if the return is due as a result of our error, then we will gladly refund the original shipping costs.
The bikinis must be returned in new condition, unworn, with the original tags still attached. Bikinis that have been worn will NOT be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to the customer. |
How to make a Return or Exchange

Refunds
Once we have received and processed the return bikinis back at our workshop, we will arrange your refund without delay. |
Exchanges
When sending bikinis back to us for an exchange, please include a note describing which item you would like to exchange in replacement of your original bikini order. If the new bikini item is cheaper than the return bikini item, we will refund the difference. |
Packing and Sending your Return
Please include a copy of your invoice and a note detailing the reason for the bikini return, wrap the package securely, and ship to:

If you have lost your invoice, please supply us with the original order details, such as, order number (which you would have received confirming your order when it was placed), postal address, date of invoice and a contact email address, so we can contact you immediately if we need further information.
