As all of the products are hand made, we will replace a product only if:-
* The item received is completely different to the picture of the item in our store. Be A HERO will pay for return postage of the item in the this instance only.
We will replace the item to the nearest possible description, but due to the handmade nature of the items we cannot guarantee an exact match. |
