Shipping Policy
All BIGshop Direct products are shipped through an independent shipping broker who specializes in choosing the right courier for your product based on size, fragility and speed. This way you can rest assured that your products are in capable hands!
Unless other wise stated, all shipping costs include shipping insurance so you don’t have to worry about anything! (If shipping insurance is not included on your item and you would prefer it, please arrange your own courier and insurance and contact BIGshop Customer Service to arrange the courier collection.)
Shipping costs depend on the product ordered and the destination post code. To calculate your exact delivery cost please use the convenient postage calculator located on the item page. Just enter in your post code and press “Go”.
Please be aware that courier companies and Australia Post can only deliver during business hours, 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. If you cannot be home to sign for your package, please arrange to have someone else receive it on your behalf, have it delivered to your business address or give the courier authority to leave it at your residence.
Please check all products immediately upon receiving them and report shipping damage within 24 hours. Please see our returns information for more details. BIGshop Direct does NOT refund shipping costs.
PLEASE NOTE:
- LARGE ITEMS: couriers may require assistance at the delivery address to off load large items.
- RURAL AREAS: to make the delivery easier for our couriers and to ensure that the delivery is successful the first time around please consider directing your item to the nearest town centre or local business. We recommend the use of a Service Station, butcher or pub, etc. Please contact the proprietor to arrange this and request a contact phone number on the package. Couriers are unable, by law, to leave packages at the Post Office.
- Changes to delivery address MUST be requested by fax or email with a clear copy of your current Australian drivers license and order #: FAX 0738235422 / EMAIL sales@bigshop.com.au
- Re directions requested after shipment are not always successful and BIGshop will not be liable for failed re directions.
