Returns Policy
PRODUCT WARRANTIES
All new products on offer on our Bigshop store are covered by standard manufacturers warranties so you can buy with confidence. Optional 3 year extended warranties are available (on selected items) from as little as $99.
All warranties are subject to the following conditions:
- Speaker drive units and crossovers that are tested and found to be blown or overdriven are not covered under warranty.
- Product warranties do not cover shipping expenses. It is a "back to base" warranty and it is the responsibility of the customer to return the products to Aussie Hi Fi at their own expense.
- Goods returned to the customer may incur freight charges at the discretion of Aussie Hi Fi.
- Faults are to be the result of a manufacture defect and not through undue wear and tear and do not include cosmetic or appearance issues.
- If a lead or interconnect is modified in anyway all warranties become null and void.
- Any claim must be lodged in writing with Aussie Hi Fi before goods are returned or repaired.
