With the Cara PULSE MASTER you can control and monitor all aspects of your workout with ease - this treadmill has it all. Choose from a selection of five speed programmes or manually set the speed yourself. The pulse regulated option allows you to set the target heart rate for a workout and the treadmill will adjust speed accordingly to ensure that the target heart rate is maintained. The treadmill will gradually slow when target heart rate is exceeded and increases as heart rate falls below target.
Monitor your workouts closely with the illuminated, LED console that shows SPEED, DISTANCE, TIME, PULSE, CALORIES and TRACK PROGRESSION (quarter mile track). Pulse rate information is accurate and convenient with three heart rate monitors to choose from, one on each handle bar and a third, light weight monitor that can be attached to your earlobe.
The Cara treadmill is also soft on the body with double-shock absorption board designed to cushion knees, hips and ankles and a soft stop that is gentle on the body after a workout. The CARA treadmill uses a 4 ply, abrasion resistant belt made from low friction, complex cotton with high pull resistance - more durable and long-lasting than a 2 ply belt.
Easy to store, the Cara treadmill has hydraulic assisted fold and locks in place once upright. Wheels make it highly mobile. The assembly required is minimal and a tool kit is provided for your convenience.
This sturdy treadmill is rated for users up to 120kg.
