HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR CLAIM A PRODUCT UNDER WARRANTY
REFUNDS
Please send a detailed email to Strike Group via ce@sales.com.au. Please clearly identify yourself, order or invoice number, product description & reason for return.
You will then be issued with a Return Authority number & the item must be returned within 10 working days. Refund will only be given once product has been received at Strike Warehouse.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Returns to be sent to:

WARRANTY CLAIMS
Please send a detailed email to Strike Group via ce@sales.com.au. Please clearly identify yourself, order number, invoice number, name of faulty product & brief description of the fault.
You will then be issued with a Return Authority number & the item must be returned within 10 working days. Once Strike Warehouse receives the item it will be tested to identify the fault. Upong completion of the testing, if the item is confirmed faulty either a replacement product or refund will be issued. We will notify you about this before actioning.
