The bike will arrive in a heavy ply cardboard bike box. It will require minimal assembly. For safety reasons, warranty and to ensure you get the most out of your Odin bike, please we recommend that you have a professional bike mechanic assemble your new bike and tune your gears and brakes.

BIGshop will cover the cost of return shipment to you. If the item is no longer in stock or available we will replace it with a suitable product with similar specifications or refund you.
For peace of mind shipping insurance is included in the shipping price of this item. If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item so that we can organise a replacement for you.
