The E 7SUB cabinet is made of ultra-rigid MDF board. Take a closer look and you will see that the main cabinet edges are all offset at 2 degrees. This further enhances rigidity while minimising unwanted cabinet resonances and standing waves.
The woofer.
Backed by a massive dual magnet, our new high-excursion 10in woofer, fitted with a rigid air-dried paper cone sets new standards for bass reproduction in its class. Whether it's with movies or music, this sub knows how to deliver the goods.
The amplifier.
The E 7 SUB is powered by a new class A/B amplifier capable of delivering a stunning 675 watts of peak power. This ensures effortless bass reproduction with total realism. Its boundary gain compensation switch (derived from our award-winning THX Ultra2-certified D 7SUB) helps deliver a very linear in-room bass response. Boundary gain compensation also gives you more flexibility when it comes to placement and in choosing your favourite listening position.
Controls.
A comprehensive range of controls makes it as easy to integrate the E 7SUB with large floor standing speakers as with small high quality compact speakers.
