For best results, place your Heatable Cozy Animal in a microwave oven for a maximum of two minutes on high (based on an 800 watt oven).To chill your Heatable Cozy Animal as a cold pack, place it within a plastic bag in your freezer for no longer than two hours.To clean your Heatable Cozy Animal, wipe its surface with a damp sponge or cloth.
